Is it okay to eat before class?
I would recommend not eating less than 2 hours before attending a class. Keeping hydrated is always important, however, you should regulate the intake of fluids by not drinking 30 - 60 minutes before a class.

What would you recommend I wear to your classes?
Wear light, loose or stretchy clothing, minimal jewellery, and no footwear. Perhaps bring something warm such as a cardigan/shawl for the relaxation.

Do I need to bring my own mat?
Please bring your own yoga mat.

How long does a class last?

Classes are 1 hour long but please ensure you arrive 10 - 15 minutes before the start of class so you can settle and get set up. 

Is there parking available?
Yes there is parking available at the centre.

Would there be anywhere for me to change?
Bathrooms are available to get changed in before practice.
